do anyone know a good graphic designer program? (a program for making sigs etc.)

Well,l I'd recommend GIMP. It's user friendly, very similar to Photoshop, though less annoying and the best bit now...........it's free to download. I'll PM you the link if you want it. I use it in preference to Photoshop and you can download loads of brushes free from deviantArt without being a member.
